Since 2006 the company has actively been developing its activities in the real-estate investment area placing great emphasis on agricultural land and starting business operations with the purchase of agricultural land particularly in the region of Veliko Tarnovo.

The end goal?

S Land’s final goal is through land consolidation to form more attractive estates for more effective and up-to-date farm, reducing of discontinuousness of the landed estate and thus increasing the price of the merged areas in comparison with the prevailing one on the market.
